Vista SP2 is not listed at windows update! [Help me!]

I have Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 (64 bit). When I run Windows Update
there is no SP2 to install

I downloaded and installed microsoft Readiness tool (KB947821) also
did reset my windows update components but still problem is stable as
rock!! :mad

any solution

I suppose you could just download it directly


though you may want to sue a download manager as it's fairly large

Why not just download it and install it yourself?

well as Microsoft recommend I want to install it from my windows updat
and may my windows update tool is corrupted :cry: a *BIG
question, updates that are included in Vista SP2 are included in 7 RT
too?

WTF are you talking about? Windows 7 and Vista are two different
products.

Make sure all "Important" updates are installed. Once they are all
installed sp2 should appear on the list.

Half of which are in the SP which makes no sense.

"Note If SP2 is not listed, you might need to install some other updates
before installing SP2. Install any updates listed as Recommended or
Important, return to the Windows Update page, and then click Check for
updates."
