Processor speeds mean very little, especially when you consider Pentium 4,
with its crappy NetBurst architecture.

On the Vista group you asked the min/max for Vista

On the XP group you asked the min/max for XP

and on the win98 group you asked the min.max for Win98

all of the OS's have no maximum CPU speed


however I could not find where you asked about win95
so I might as well mention here that unless a patch is applied...
win95's maximum CPU is 300 mhz


I'll keep looking for your post for win3.1

Be sure to check the DOS 6.2 group as well.
