Vista Splash Screen

I was wondering if there is a way to change the default image used in the
Vista Splash screen? I know that in previous Microsoft OS's there was a
bitmap image the system used and you could save your own image as that
filename and it would be loaded in place of the default image. Is this still
the case and if so, what is the filename I am looking for.
