Dear Microsoft,

I have been using Windows Vista Ultimate ever since beta 2, and I have to
admid, that even tough lots of people complain about it, that I think it's a
great operating system !

there is however one thing I would like to have, and thats the option to add
the your downloads folder to the right side of the start menu.

can you please implement this option in the release of service pack 1
it shouldn't be that hard to do, is it ?

Yours,
Xcelsion

Why not just drag the Downloads directory to your Quick Launch bar?

Well, I already did, but to me it just sound logical (and easyer) to have it
in the right side of my start menu. Beacuse all of my other personal folders
are linked in there too, and it's not only me, I am currently studying IT,
and most of my fellow studends (and some of my teachers) would also like to
have this option.

It's just plain wierd to have a link to your games pictuers music and
documents there but not to your downloads :s

i'm sure that there are more people like me that more often use there
downloads folder then lets say video's or pictures

This option is gone in Vista. What you can do instead, is to add your
Downloads folder to the shortcuts list in Windows Explorer. Just create a
new shortcut to it in the C:\Users\%UserProfile%\Links folder.
