Vista Start Menu Problem

Anyone else have this problem? Sometimes I go to my start menu and
some icons are missing. I have to log off and then log back on to get
my icons back. I've figured out that the icons that end up missing
from the start menu are those start menu items tied to the user
folder...IE: C:\Users\Dean\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\St art
Menu.

Anyone know what the deal is??

I don't know if this happens with Vista style start menu. I use the
classic style start menu.

Thanks In Advance.
