Vista - streaming and multiple screens

Running Vista Home Premium.
I have a HDMI interface to my big screen TV configured as my secondary
screen
Watching Netflix streaming video
I drag the IE window to my HDMI device and start the Netflic movie.
I maximize the screen and it looks great.

Now, when I click on a windows on my primary monitor, the IE window on the
HDMI device comes out of full screen mode.

Does anyone know how I can contine to use application on my primary screen
while the streaming video stays in full screen mode on my HDMI device?
