VISTA Sucketh

Aloha all.
I bought a new Dell XPS 410 system. Came with Vista installed. I tried it
for a few days. I found it incredibly non-intuitive (after using XP for
years). As mentioned before...no easy way to go back up a level in
directories, lack of common commands, hidden controls, the stupid User
Controls, etc.
I wiped the drive and installed XP.
However, I'm considering buying another drive, installing it, and
reinstalling the OS (Vista) and system that came with the system originally,
just to give it another try.
Should I?
Can I use a dual-boot system, or will I have to replace the current hard
drive? Can I get the Vista drive to boot from and external drive housing?

I do know that you have to install or already have installed the oldest OS
first before Vista...nothing like trying.
I had removed XP from my 2nd hard drive but there was enough system files
left that I was offered the dual boot option, so I would say yes to your
question.
