1. I have noticed a lot of people, including myself have big trouble with
Media Center in Vista when they upgrade from Windows XP Media Center Edition.
The answers are always to do a clean install but I purchased the upgrade
edition plus it would be a massive hassle.
It would be ideal if we could just clean install/re-install Windows Vista
applications such as Media Center.
2. How many people can read and fully understand the Windows Error Reports
(Problem Details)? Am I wasting my time including these when I ask for
technical support from non-Microsoft companies? Do they provide any/enough
information that would help software developers identify problems and make
fixes?
Is there any information on what everything in the error reports means or
can anyone provide any hints?
