My Vista system log says it cannot display anything because it
is disabled (I am logged in as Administrator). When I go to
properties of the System log in the Event viewer, it shows the
System Logging as enabled in a check box, though it is not
highlighted. I can view Application logs, so why not System
logs.

I have been getting a blue screen on reboots lately and suspect
my Acer monitor. However, there is nothing in the logs I can
view that gives a definite diagnosis.
