I accidentally erased my system-path variables (I did this by trying to add a
new path through the cmd prompt -- path "xxx"). So I'm wondering what the
default path variables are.. Thanks!

That only changed the path for the current instance of the command prompt.
Just close it and open another and the defaults will be there.
