Hi,
Control Panel/Personalize/Themes, make sure Windows Vista is selected.
If it's not available, click start and type in services.msc. Hit <enter> to
open the dialog. Locate the Themes service and click on it. Click on the
start/restart option in the left column. Once restarted, revisit the Themes
dialog as described in the first step.
