Vista Ulitmate SP2 Update Question

Hi,

I have Vista Ultimate 32-bit.

SP2 has not shown-up in my auto updates. I have installed it manually but
conflicts with my bluetooth connections my mouse (Dell BT Travel Mouse) is
bluetooth and will not work. I unitstalled SP2 and everything is ok.

I have read lot of posts with verying action and not sure what the current
process is to get this to work or not, can someone please info me if there is
a fix or not.

Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 service packs are not available for
installation through Windows Update
