Vista Ultima dreamscene

I posted about this problem a while back but was unable to follow up on
it.This will be a rather long post as I'm going to try to post all the
revelent info I can think of.When I try to run dreamscenes I get popup
saying "Stardock deskscapes requires windows dreamscene to be
installed."Here is what I have Windows dreamscene under installed
upgrades.KB931133,KB941236,KB944428,KB033713,KB944 427.Under windows update
history All 5 installed successfully.My setup is: Motherboard=MSI P6NGM OS=
Vista Ultimate 32 bit.Processor=P4 2.93ghz.Graphics card=Asus EAH4600 512mb
memory.Windows experience index=4.0.Memory=2gb.This is all I can think of
that might be revelent.I am going to check back often so if any other info
is needed maybe I can furnish it.Thank for any help
