Assuming you mean backup of *data* files, no problem, you won't even hardly
see the difference. (I'm using a Win7 64b beta now and it's happily reading
all the files from by Vista 32bit system.)
But, and I'm sure you know this, you can't backup programs and expect them
to restore to a new system, 32b, 64b or whatever. You have to re-install
apps.
