vista ultimate 64 bit

Hi,

I have the 64 bit version of windows vista ultimate. In windows explorer I
see x86 folder where I understand 32 bit programs are installed and the
regular programs file folder where 64 bit programs are installed. I see some
programs like windows mail in both of these folders. Is windows mail a 64
bit or 32 bit program or are there both 32 and 64 bit versions installed -
like IE 7. Thanks for your hlep.
