I have a desktop. When my pc goes into hybernate and I click a key, my
pc seems to come alive, but no screen turns on. My keyboard lights come
on, but the num/caps locks dont work.

Also, I dont have power options are disabled , I cant enable them in my
control panel???

It seems ....you are trying *Sleep* not hibernate
If you are getting all these things in hibernate function....try

Open elevated CMD
and execute > powercfg -h on
and then follow the guide

when resuming from hibernation?' (http://tinyurl.com/5cuoxq)

Hi,

I actually tried this fix 2 days ago. When I tested the
start-shutdown/hibernate it worked. However, two days later it was back
to its old way.

I tried to do this again, I get this error:

C:\Windows\system32>bcdedit /deletevalue
{775175b7-76c6-11dd-9eff-f58ae31f11e6}
inherit
An error occurred while attempting to delete the specified data
element.
Element not found.

The actual issue happens when I dont use the pc for a few hours, it
goes to sleep, but doesnt wake up.
