win.vista ultimate 64 bit
quad.cpu
4048 mb ram
500gb hard drive

I use an Epsom A0 wide format printer usually printing no larger than A1
SIZE

Whenever I click print and it starts spooling my whole pc locks up until the
spooling has finished seems to drain all the memory..and not completely back
to normal till the printing is finished..
Previously I was running a xp m/c with only 1gig of ram and never had this
problem..it just spooled in the background and printed..

Any advice please..
TIA

I have that problem when I print TIF's using windoze
default viewer. I highly recommend IFRANVIEW. Tiff's
that I couldn't print now print in seconds. Best of all it's free.
THis was happening on my Plotter, and regular printers.
