Vista Ultimate bluescreen during installation

I did try to install Ultimate. During installation a bluescreen appears.
Recommendation is to run chkdsk /f or scan for viruses. Neither helps. Config
ist 955EE on ASUS P5N32-SLI Deluxe, 4GB RAM, 1 x 250 GB as System, 2 x 250 GB
with Raid 0 as Data, 2 x Gainward 7800 GLH. What next? Try 64bit?
