Vista Ultimate MUI Issue

I have Vista Ultimate, and even though I selected English as the install
language, it has for some reason selected Serbian, or Slovokian. Something
like that. I manage to stumble about well enough to find the install language
option, but English is not available. Windows Ultimate Extras give me the
option to download english (along with several other languages), but although
it doesn't have any trouble downloading any other languages, it cannot
successful download English, gets any where from 40-60% before it just closes
the installer. No error messages or anything, just closes and then the
updater says there was one file unsuccessfully installed. At least I think
that is what it says. Anyone know a fix for it? I have already tried
standalone english MUI, didn't work, same issue.
