vista ultimate updates failed

vista ultimate extras are failing, i now know there is a conflict with real
time scanning through bit-defender.
this was helpful but now windows says there are no updates availble, but all
i can see is failed operations eg dreamscene and new poker game.

maybe u can try to cloes or un-install the bitdefender services
