ty rick... i tried your suggestions and almost all the gadgets are thje culprit
- the WEATHER having the longest timeout. yet i need the WEATHER exe
so i change the timeout settings in the registry file and it did worked
excellente.
HKEY_local_machine > system > CurrentControlSet > control \
"WaitToKillServiceTimeout" --- by default this is set to 20000 (i beleived
this is in ms).
higher value will take the application / gadget to close longer. when
changed to lower value, applications closes faster and so the system. error
is now permanently gone (i hope)
