Hi,
If you installed Vista as an upgrade to or over your WinXP Home
installation, there is no going back without formatting and starting over. I
would suggest you backup your data files in preparation for this. Then
contact the system manufacturer and obtain their suggestion for invoking the
recovery partition prompt - they vary by manufacturer.
