i had the same problem you did.
and i feel really bad nobody has helped you.
i fixed it on my own, and here's what happened to me:
shsvcs.dll was deleted.
maybe it is for you too?
but shsvs = shell services (i assume), which explains why everyon
tells you to go to services.ms
