vista update problem error codes 80070057 and 80070002

i just tired updateing vista up it said unable to install error code
0070057 and 80070002 i clicked to get help on the first code it said to
delete a folder in my computer i did and then tired to get help on the second
error code but o the list the code was not shown i tried updateing agian but
still nothing please can u help me!
