Vista update stalled at 12%

Hi,

My Vista automatic updates is stalled for the last 4 days. I really dont
know what to do.

It says :
Installing update 1 of 7
Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB947944)

I pressed the stop installation button without any success. I stop the
process using Task manager without any success since the problem reappear
every time I reopen the automatic update. I stop the firewall and my other
protection without any success.

I'm out of idea. Please, please, help me.
