I tried to install update 937287 as you suggested, but I got an error
message. The box was labeled Windows Update Standalone Installer. The
message said - the update does not apply to your system. I tried both the 64
and 86 bit version and got the same message with both. I really do have
Vista - Windows Vista Home Premium. (The computer came with Vista - I don't
have disks to reinstall - in case that was another suggestion.)
