Greetings, I purchased the upgrade to Ultimate on the web last week.
Everytime I try to install (whether from Upgrade Anytime DVD or Upgrade
source on local hard drive) I get the following error message at 4% of
"Expaning Files" during install:
"Windows cannot install required files....Error code: 0x80070005
I have see numerous people with this problem on the web, but I cannot find
an instance of it on the Microsoft site. I have tried to use e-mail or chat
help with no results. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
