Vista Upgrade disc.....

Hello,
A few months ago I ordered my Vista Upgrade disc that I should be
entitled to, as I purchased a new laptop towards the end of 2006. As of yet,
it has not been delivered, if I look on the website, it shows order received
but shipping date is just blank. The telephone helpline doesn't seem to
help. Is anybody else having trouble receiving their copy of the disc?

I had 2 copies arrive in the post this morning, I placed the initial
order months ago. They should have acknowledged your order by now, if
not you could have problems as I believe the 1st of May was the deadline.

I was told delivery could take several weeks, I suggest if they have
confirmed it you should be patient for a bit longer.
