vista upgrade problem

My comp came with vista basic so i used anytime update to bring it upto
premium, two days ago i had to reboot the computer and reinstall windows its
now back to basic, how can i get it back to premium. Any help gratefully
appricated

did you get a second activation code when you upgraded to premiumif you did
you would need to use that
