What is required to use an "upgrade" to Vista Premium?
Can ME qualify? What does?

Actually, I know my machine can handle it. My questions is what SOFTWARE
qualifies for the upgrade.

It looks like Win 2k or XP (includes X64 and Media Center) are required.

Upgrade licenses of Vista are much more restrictive than for XP, so perhaps
being forced to buy a full version isn't all that bad. (I wish that I'd
spent the extra cash.)
