vista vpn problem

When I use the "new connection wizard" in XP I choose VPN, I put in the IP
address and it works fine. It's pptp.

I do this in Vista and nothing at all. It just sits there saying: Connecting
to 91.97.93.154

No firewall is on Vista currently.

Any ideas?
