when I move the selection in Vista Windows Explorer up and down by pressing
keys the right side is not updated with the contained items. I have to press
the return what makes my hand ache during manual searches. Any ideas how to
fix this or where to get a non vista but working more user friendly and vista
compatible windows explorer like app from?

Thanks.

Not sure I understand what make you hand ache because to view in the left
pane the focus is there so the curser keys up/down move. You hit the Enter
Key to open a folder. To shift focus to the left or list pane you hit the
Tab key. It will send focus round till it lands on the Pane you want Then
the Curser movement keys with work there. Hit return to open a folder.

If hitting the Return key hurts your hand during searches, how do you type?
Don't the other keys act the same as the "return" key?

when I have any folder focused in left pane it shows me its content in the
right pane. When I press the up or the down key the focus in left pane moves
forward or back. But it does not automatically update the right pane. I have
to hit the return key to update the right pane.

What do I have to do to get it automatically updated without all the have to
use the return or any other key or the mouse?

Thanks
