Vista Windows Mail - Can't Set Up

Can someone assist me in settig up Windows Mail that came with my Vista?

Do I used my name for user name and my original email addess or do I make up
something new?

How do I set windows mail up?

Hi Becky,

You will need to call or visit your email provider's, usually your
Internet Service Provider (ISP), support webpage on how to setup an
email account in Outlook Express or Windows Mail. They both use the
same settings. This will give you all the information you need.

In Windows Mail:
1. Click Tools -> Accounts
2. Add -> E-mail account
