Vista windows mail loosing account login information

This is a strange one. A friend of mine has been configured to use Vista
Windows Mail. Her e-mail account name and password have been entered so
that she can collect her e-mails but intermittantly Windows Mail looses
the username and password. Has anyone else seen this or hopefully fixed
this issue? Thank you for your help. Gary

It isn't just in Windows Mail. The same thing is happening to me with MSN
mail via MSN Explorer. I left the following in a different group a couple
of days ago but have yet to hear from anyone:

I just came up on a new machine with a new Vista Ultimate [32 bit] build.

MSN software downloaded and installed without a burp and came up cleanly.
Then I noticed that I didn't always get the MSN logon box but rather would
get a Live login dialog in Internet Explorer. That happens even if I'm
already signed in.

At less often times I'll get the correct logon page.

Has anyone seen this and do you know why it is happening?
