Hi folks, I'm a new VISTA user with the following Windows Mail/IE issue.

When I'm in either IE or Windows Mail and click onto a highlighted email
link (found within either a written email to me, OR found on a webpage),
instead of Windows Mail opening a new blank message to write in (to said
person) I find IE opens 40 plus new webpages all saying the same "Could not
perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly
installed". How can Windows Mail not be properly installed within Vista?
Getting truely frustrated with Vista...

Thanks for your suggestions,
Nigel

Go to Start - Default Programs - Set your default programs
highlight Windows Mail
and click on "Set this program as default"
OK
