I am encountering in Vista when I use Windows remote ssistance an error
when I connect to another computer. It indicates that remote assistance
has encountered an error and needs to close. contact system
administrator or technical representative if this continues to occur.
The two computers can connect, but this immediately occurs after
connection happens and it shuts down. Can someone give me an idea as to
how to resolve this problem. Intent connecton is on and other programs
are running in the background. Windows firewall is off.
