That's controlled by your Windows settings. Right click on Desktop,
Personalize, Color and Appearance, Open Classic Appearance...etc, select a
diff color scheme. Or select Advanced button and do it yourself. Application
Background must be set to light blue. Personally, I'd try the Windows Aero
theme first if your computer can handle it.
