Those beeps are an audible code from your motherboard telling you that
something is seriously wrong with a piece of hardware. This has nothing
to do with Windows. BIOS beep codes differ from BIOS to BIOS so you can
Google for your BIOS codes or, more efficiently, call HP tech support
since they will know the meaning of the beep codes for their products.
Again, this has nothing to do with the operating system (Vista). This is
hardware failure, so exercise your warranty.
