Vista won't install Fritz 11 by Chessbase

Hello,

I have been trying to install the new game Fritz 11 (which is Windows
Vista compatible) without success. My computer runs on Vista 32bit
(Service Pack 1) 2.20 Ghz.

The autorun doesn't start, I cannot even run it manually since I can't
get access to the contents of this DVDrom (!) I have updated my drivers,
desabled the antivirus, the control on the user account etc. but it is
useless. :sarc: I don't even get any error message. I am lost

Could somebody help me?
