Vista: Wrong menu alignment after update

After Installing Windows Vista (Ultimate, 32bit, german) and installing all
hotfixes via Windows Update all menus in all apllications display "weird". In
Windows Explorer for example all menus get shifted to the right, the "View"
menu displays under "Extra" when clicked. Please check this screenshot then
you see this effect.

This happens in all Applications and is _very_ annoying. (This can not be
resolved with the menu alignment registry thingy, already tried that)
