VISTA x64: Slow startup, several drivers not loading per Bootlog f

Hello, I have been having problems lately with my startup. It hangs for
about a minute before it reaches the Pearl with the cute little sound.

Here is a list of what isn't loading (mind you, I have deleted 300+
iterations of these messages):

I dual boot Vista Ultimate x64 & XP SP2. T7300 C2D, 120GB HD 5400RPM, 4GB
PC2-6400 RAM. This problem occurs when booting Vista. My start time from
power up to a web page loaded is 3 minutes plus, double what I have achieved
in the past.
