I am using VistaHP laptop and XPHome desktop wirelessly networked.
All sharing is on and I have admin privileges
On XP I can see and open Vista files with no problem
On Vista I can see and open C drive on the XP but can see but not ope
external drives connected to XP. When trying to open them I get th
message

-'\\OFFICEpc\external' (file://\\OFFICEpc\external) (g) is no
accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource
Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have acces
permissions.
-Not enough server storage is available to process this command

Everything was working OK until I had the dreaded BSOD a few days ag
and had to re-install XP. It's now up-to-date with SP3

Any thoughts

I have the same problem, for me it started when I switched to a
D-link router. I have not found a solution.
