Vistas taskbar problem

Welcome

I must appologize in the beginning for my orthographic faults. Th
english is not my first language

I have a problem that appear on the computer of my brother (he ha
vista, and i hate vista). The icons that normally should appear on th
taskbar when i minimize the window are marqued on the desktop and don
stick to the taskba

How do i fix that
