Where is Vista's Windows Components?(Other Network file and print

My machine with XP has "Windows Components "(Other Network File and Print
Services) located in "Add or Remove Programs" in Control Panel. Cant find it
in Vista Buisness. Am I Looking over it or is it somewhere else?
