In Power Options, Advanced Settings, what is Processor Power Management?
What is the Min and Max for?
Is this all the time or only when in the Power Save state?
Why would I set a max?
The default is Min 5%
Max 50%
When does this apply?

There should be different values for plugged in and on battery
