I installed VB4 on MS Windows Vista Business Edition
I could not start VB4, the error I get is "olepro32.dll could not be
registered"
I want to uninstall it but VB4 does not appear in "Programs & Features" in
the "Control Panel"! I tried running "ST4UNST.EXE" present at "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Visual Basic\setupkit\kitfil32" but I het the following
message:
"The application removal program may only be run from either from the
Program Manager icon (Windows NT) or from the control panel Add/Remoce
Programs applet (Windows 95)"
How can I solve this!?

You won't be able to install a product that old in Vista. I would recommend
installing Virtual PC, add an operating system to Virtual PC, then install
your VB4 product there.

Bull.

My VB3 install worked just fine for the month that
I ran Vista on my new tablet PC before upgrading it
to XP Tablet because Vista had sooo many problems...

(I know this doesn't help the OP, but I felt it was necessary
to correct this blatantly incorrect information)
