Bull.
My VB3 install worked just fine for the month that
I ran Vista on my new tablet PC before upgrading it
to XP Tablet because Vista had sooo many problems...
(I know this doesn't help the OP, but I felt it was necessary
to correct this blatantly incorrect information)
