You named it : it was a "concept", a blueprint, nothing else. Also remember
that Vista as delivered has absolutely nothing in common with the Longhorn
Alpha Builds, because Microsoft restarted the complete development and moved
from a XP base to Server2003 base ( that's whats Vista is now ... ).
If you want to "enhance" XP or Vista's Design you will need 3rd Party Tools
like WindowBlinds from Stardock Inc.
But the Design or Visuals from a Operating System is really not that all,
more important is what is running behind the curtains
