Best guess, based on the case of another user with a similar problem, is that it
hasn't installed properly even if it thought it did.
Please look at the "File Information" section of the KB article:

and compare the dates and version numbers given to the files that are on your
computer. Let us know what the dates and version numbers are on your computer.
