VML

While using e-mai - Message tells me to download Vector Graphics Rendering
(VML) to view pictures. VML will not download and I can not view the graphics
or pictures in that e-mail.
Suggestions please.

This is not a Windows Update issue.
It is an old FAQ which still comes up occasionally.
