Hi,

I just installed MSN Messenger 7.5 on my two home computers which connect to
the same network to LinkSys router (the router connects to DSL modem to
Verizon DSL broadband). These two computers have no problem to have Video
Conversation each other, but can not get connect to have Voice Conversation
each other. Any one knows the problem? please help.

Thanks in advances.

Tony

Greetings Tony,

Could you paste the log (just from one of the conversation windows) of what's happening when
you try? Since this is local, it could be as simple as needing to go through the Audio/Video
Tuning Wizard again. To do so, click the Tools menu, then click Audio and Video setup.
